A coat of stucco freshened up the basement walls. In the far corner, the basement wall will be cut out even more to accommodate a double-hung window.

Exterior Painting Complete!

Stone pavers have been laid for the patio construction. Heavy equipment on site pushes dirt around to level out the sloped lot.

The basement has been cleaned up significantly but stuccoed walls will make it even more functional. The stucco application begins this week.
